Since all our products are custom-made on demand, every order is printed specifically for you. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


✅ When We Accept Refunds / Replacement

We offer a free replacement or refund only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • There is a wrong print or wrong item delivered

❌ No Returns For

  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference

All products are made-to-order, so size exchanges or general returns are not possible. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.


🚚 COD & Undelivered Orders

Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the order
  • The delivery address is complete and correct
  • COD amount is ready at the time of delivery

If an order is undelivered due to wrong address, customer unavailability, or COD refusal — it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO). In such cases, no refund will be processed and a re-shipment will require a new order.


💸 Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be credited via the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.


📦 Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled as it goes into production immediately.
