Overview
At Silkova™, we process and ship all orders with care to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with your tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Time
We deliver your product within 5-7 days. These are estimates and actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum order value required.
Payment Method
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to make the payment at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in your pin code being blacklisted from future orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp. You can also track your order directly on the courier partner's website using your AWB number. Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Silkova™ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update. We will raise a complaint with the courier partner and resolve it at the earliest.
